A new hydrogen testing area

One year after moving to our new facility in Antony, our factory continues its transformation to better meet the growing expectations of our customers. A new testing area has just been commissioned, the result of several months of intensive work and the unwavering commitment of our teams.

A redisigned testing area for enhanced performance

Larger, more versatile, and more comfortable, this covered testing zone has been designed to enable our test engineers and maintenance technicians to conduct multiple tests simultaneously, replicating a wide variety of scenarios and use cases. This increased modularity ensures greater responsiveness and comprehensive coverage of validation needs.

The area consists of several dedicated spaces and equipment, starting with a load bench capable of simulating diverse operating conditions, ranging from low to high power levels. This bench supports different electrical standards, including European norms (400 V/50 Hz) and American standards (480 V/60 Hz), allowing us to test each terrestrial hydrogen generator (GEH2) and our battery energy storage systems (BESS) in configurations close to their future operating environments.

A high-pressure hydrogen station at the core

One of the major innovations is the installation of a high-pressure hydrogen distribution station dedicated to supplying the entire testing area. This station not only ensures enhanced safety for operators and equipment but also enables reaching higher pressure levels, essential for simulating real and demanding conditions.

It allows us to rigorously test our hydrogen generators, ensuring both their efficiency and reliability in the field.

This new space is a key pillar of our quality approach, enabling us to anticipate and resolve any issues before delivering to our customers.

This technological advancement illustrates our ongoing commitment to innovate and support our clients with reliable, safe, and tailored solutions.
