A Hydrogen-Powered Tender Boat Featuring the REXH2 Wins Award in Monaco.

1st hydrogen vessel made in Italy

At the Monaco Yacht Show, which took place from September 24th to 27th, where innovation and sustainability take center stage, our partner, the Tesya Group, in collaboration with the MED Group, unveiled the very first hydrogen-powered tender boat in Italy: the H1 Tender.

This high-end, fast, reliable, and zero-emission vessel is a source of pride for the teams—especially after winning the Blue Wake Award in the “Tender & Water Toys” category. The award recognizes its innovative and responsible design, paving the way for a more sustainable maritime industry.

The H1 Tender draws inspiration from military tenders developed by the Tykun brand and features a marinized REXH2 generator with 70 kWh of power, developed by EODev and certified TAC by Bureau Veritas.

A mark of quality, the REXH2 is already integrated into several vessels across France and Europe. In 2024, it notably powered the chase boats for the American Magic (USA) and Orient Express (France) teams during the America’s Cup in Barcelona.

With a cruising speed of 18 to 22 knots and peak speeds ranging from 25 to 35 knots, the H1 Tender is a boat that heralds a new era of recreational boating: quiet and environmentally friendly, especially with regard to the underwater flora and fauna.
