  • EODev inaugurates its new production site

    An integrated, scalable and modular site

    On June 20, EODev (Energy Observer Developments), a French SME specialized in zero-emission energy solutions, inaugurated its new assembly and testing facility for zero-emission energy production and storage solutions, in Antony (Hauts de Seine). This 7,000 m² facility increases EODev’s annual production capacity to several hundred electro-hydrogen generators and battery systems, to support the energy transition.

  • EODev completes acquisition of EVE System

    EODev, a pioneering industrial player in zero-emission hydrogen energy solutions, announces the complete acquisition of EVE System, a French company specializing in the design and production of battery systems, electronic boards and embedded software. This strategic alliance, which began with an equity investment in 2020, strengthens EODev’s position as a key industrial player in the energy transition, and supports its growth strategy combining hydrogen and battery technologies.

  • EODev Receives First-Ever TAC from Bureau Veritas

    EODev (Energy Observer Developments) is proud to announce that its REXH2® hydrogen fuel cell system has received the Type Approval Certificate (TAC) from Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore, a leading maritime classification society. This certification, the first issued by Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore for a marine hydrogen fuel cell system, underscores EODev’s leadership in delivering innovative, zero-emission energy solutions for maritime applications.

    EODev, a world leader in the design and industrialization of zero-emission electric generators, is proud to announce the launch of its BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), a silent, CO2 emission-free and particulate-free electricity storage and distribution system designed to meet the growing need for clean, reliable energy.

  • EODev raises €46 million to accelerate its development

     

    EODev welcomes TiLT Capital Partners, a VC of the Siparex Group specializing in the energy transition, to its capital, together with Supernova Invest, CapHorn and PULSE, the CMA CGM Energy Fund, in order to finance its development plans. Existing shareholders also take part in the operation.

  • EODev launches licensed production of its GEH₂®in Australia

    French pioneer of sustainable energy solutions EODev is partnering with Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA) for the assembly and distribution of its GEH₂® hydrogen power generators units from the first quarter of 2024. Toyota Australia will invest A$3.27 million to assemble up to 100 generators over the next three years at its Altona site in Melbourne. This is an important milestone in the history of EODev which is celebrating its 4th anniversary this year, and a boost in the very buoyant South Pacific market, with both Australia and New Zealand having major decarbonization ambitions.

  • ACCIONA successfully runs EODev GEH₂® for off grid power supply

    End April, Spanish construction company ACCIONA installed EODev’s first 100kVA GEH₂® in Spain, near Sevilla, to power the site shelters of a major bridge extension construction project in an area of the Andalusian countryside, where there is no electricity supply from the grid. Following one month of intensive testing, ACCIONA is delighted to confirm the use of the GEH₂® at this site for another six months.

  • EODev signs distribution agreement with Generac in North America

    Generac Power Systems (NYSE: GNRC), a leading global designer and manufacturer of energy technology solutions and other power products, and EODev, a French developer and manufacturer of zero-emission hydrogen fuel cell power generators, today announced a formal distribution agreement. Generac will offer EODev’s GEH₂® – a large-scale, zero- emissions hydrogen fuel cell power generator – to the North American market.

     

  • EODev’s REXH₂® receives an AIP from Bureau Veritas

    Bureau Veritas (BV), a world leader in testing, inspection, and certification, recently approved the second generation of the REXH₂® developed by EODev, a turnkey power generator for the supply of low carbon electricity on board ships.

  • GL events and EODev signed for the supply of four GEH₂®

    On the occasion of the HyVolution trade show, held on October 27 at the Paris Events Center, GL Events and the French start-up EODev officially signed a new contract for the supply of several Hydrogen Power Generators, EODev’s GEH₂®.

    As a global player in the event industry, GL events aims to accelerate the energy transition in the sector, by powering its events cleanly and sustainably.
