The launch of EODev's industrial activities

During the day called "Hydrogen, movement, moment", organized by AFHYPAC (French Association for Hydrogen and Fuel Cells) at the Maison de la Chimie this Thursday, December 12, 2019, Energy Observer announces the launch of the industrial activities of Energy Observer Developments, confirming its desire to deploy clean systems for all.

A significant fundraising currently underway will finance the development of pioneering and ambitious industrial projects aimed at accelerating the transfer of technologies from the Energy Observer vessel to many uses.

Jérémie Lagarrigue thus presented the main activities of Energy Observer Developments during the round table on decarbonising the maritime and river sectors using hydrogen.

Energy Observer Developments offers a range of integrated products and services: production of generator sets; engineering consultancy in energy design; studies of ecosystems and hydrogen stations for maritime and land mobility.

During their European stopovers, the Energy Observer teams were able to observe and identify the needs, but also understand the obstacles to the adoption of clean solutions. Energy Observer wishes with Energy Observer Developments to bring all its experience and skills as sailors and engineers to the service of developing an offer that meets the expectations of users and their practices.

After five years of design and real-world testing, Energy Observer is today launching the operational activities of Energy Observer Developments thanks to the unwavering support of its historical partners Accor, AccorInvest, Thélem assurances, Groupe Delanchy and Amfil who declared today hui their commitment as investors in this project.

Around these loyal shareholders and sponsors, present since the start of the program, the major industrial partners ENGIE, Toyota and Air Liquide are convinced that the Energy Observer Developments solutions constitute one of the extensions of their continued commitment to the development of the hydrogen sector essential for the energy transition, for which it is necessary to mobilize and invest resources.

Everyone, shareholders, investors, sponsors and industrial partners, unite their efforts with Energy Observer Developments to finally move from demonstration to concrete solution, because innovation only makes sense if it is shared.
